- 11 homes
- PIP approved in July 2026
- About 20 minutes by ferry to Terreiro do Paço
Why this project
Greater Lisbon is short of good homes below the luxury segment. So we designed Arena around the most sought-after typologies: mostly one-bedroom homes, for young professionals and first-time buyers.
